I recently had the pleasure of staying at Basiliani in Matera, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff went above and beyond, not only providing impeccable service but also returning the documents I accidentally left behind-a true display of their attentiveness. The rooms were a perfect blend of modern comfort and cave authenticity, featuring excellent heating, air conditioning, and soundproofing for a peaceful stay. The electric kettle and free toiletries added a thoughtful touch to the already outstanding amenities provided.
